Titles and available abstracts are converted into local TF-IDF vectors, compressed with 100-dimensional SVD, and grouped with K-means into 12 clusters. UMAP places them in two dimensions using seed 42. Nearby papers share language; proximity is approximate and does not imply paper quality. Papers without abstracts have title-only placements.
Research neighborhoods overlap. Six related papers are chosen by map distance within the same discovered cluster. The documented SEATauBench editorial placement remains in this atlas.
Search matches literal phrases, ignoring case, accents, and repeated whitespace. Titles, authors, presenters, abstracts, topics, and cluster names are searchable.
EMNLP 2026 Paper Atlas is an independent research exploration project created by Saksorn (Harry) Ruangtanusak.
We thank the EMNLP 2026 organizers and program committee for making the conference program and presenter schedule publicly accessible, as well as the researchers and authors who share their work through open research platforms.
Conference presentation information is sourced from the publicly accessible EMNLP 2026 conference schedule. Paper metadata and available abstracts are supplemented using public arXiv records.
This is an independent, unofficial research visualization. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by EMNLP, SIGDAT, ACL, or the conference organizers.
Conference information may change. For authoritative scheduling information, please refer to the official EMNLP 2026 program.
